در آموزش آواز نتهای بالا یکی از مهمترین مسائل کنترل جریان خروجی هوا و یا بازدم است.
شما اگر تنفس خوبی نداشته باشید و بصورت ویژه تنفس دیافراگمی خوبی نداشته باشید غیر ممکن است که آموزش آواز نتهای بالا را بخوبی فرا گیرید.
در اینجا بد نیست به تنفس دیافراگمی اشاره ی دوباره ای داشته باشیم.
تنفس دیافراگمی در آموزش آواز و بصورت ویژه در آموزش آواز نتهای بالا بدین گونه است که در هنگام دم گرفتن دنده های ما به چهار طرف باز می شود.یعنی شکم سفت نیست دور ناف باد نمی شود بلکه دنده های ما به اطراف باز می شوند.
ما می بایست که این نکته را در نظر داشته باشیم که در آموزش آواز نتهای بالا می بایست دیافراگم ما به دنده ها تکیه داده شود تا با این تکنیک بتوانیم جریان خروجی هوا در بازدم را بخوبی کنترل کنیم و فرم دیافراگم خیلی عوض نشود و موجب شود به ناگاه هوا از بدن خارج نشود. به این تگنیک ساپورت تنفسی یا آپاجو هم گفته می شود.
برخی از مکاتب آموزش آواز می گویند که باید جریان خروجی هوا را بطور کلی با تارهای صوتی مسدود کنیم یعنی بمانند کودکی که نفسمان را با تارهای صوتی حبس می کردیم حالا هم هنگام ابتدای جملات آوازی همین کار را انجام دهیم.
ولی در کل می توان تناسبی بین حرکت تارهای صوتی و جریان هوا برقرار کرد که در مبحث آن ست به تفسیر در مورد این موضوع توضیح داده شده است.
آن ست هوادار و آن ست گلاتل و آن ست نرمال سه نوع آن ست هستند که بهتر است در آواز از آن ست نرمال یا بالانس استفاده کنیم.
برای اینکه بتوانیم بهتر تکنیک هولد کردن در آموزش آواز نتهای بالا را درک کنیم می توانیم از دو تمرین استفاده کنیم.
1- تمرین هولد کردن با استفاده از دستمال کاغذی:
باید با استفاده از ساپورت تنفسی یا انکر تورسو جریان هوا را بهتر کنترل کنیم و وقتی آواز می خوانیم یک دستمال کاغذی جلوی دهانمان بگیریم و دستمال کاغذی هرچه کمتر تکان بخورد ما جریان هوا را بهتر کنترل کرده ایم و اصطلاحاً بازدهم را بهتر هولد کنیم.
2- تمرین هولد کردن با استفاده از شعله ی فندک یا شعله ی شمع
موقع آواز وقتی یک شعله جلوی دهانمان می گیریم نباید شعله خیلی تکان داشته باشد و یا خاموش شود.
با این دو تکنیک می توانید در آموزش آواز نتهای بالا دستاوردهای خوبی برای کنترل بازدم هوا داشته باشید.
